service, enter into transactions with your Shelf Group Card, or send money to merchants through Scan
& Pay. The personal
information collected during these interactions may vary based on what you choose to share with us,
but it will
generally include your name, email address, phone number, bank account information (such as
account/routing numbers and
transaction data), and a log of the transactions you authorize through the Payments Platform and the
Shelf Card. We may
need to collect additional information, such as your address, zip code, date of birth and
government-issued form of
identification to fulfill our legal obligations related to providing the service to you. In
addition, while you are
using the App, we may collect your location information.
Data through the permissions you provide: Data you input in the course of signing up and
using Shelf's services
1.Address Book Contacts: If you grant Shelf access to the address book on your
mobile device, then Shelf may access
contact information from your address book to facilitate invitations, create groups with your
contacts through ,our
Platform and for other purposes described in this Policy.
2. Camera: If you grant Shelf access to your camera on your mobile device, then
Shelf will only use it to scan QR codes (
of external parties) and just use the integrated string in that QR code to facilitate the service.
3. Record Audio: If you grant Shelf access to record audio on your mobile
device, then Shelf only use it for vibration
purpose during the time of scanning through the camera, none of the user's audio is used or recorded
or stored anywhere
with Shelf.
Personal Data We Collect Through Our Social Media Pages: We have pages on
social media sites like Facebook, Instagram,
Linkedin and Twitter (“Social Media Pages”). When you interact with our Social Media Pages, we will
collect personal
information that you elect to provide to us, such as your contact details. In addition, the
companies that host our
Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding the use of our
Social Media Pages.
Personal Data We Receive Automatically from Your Use of the Service: When
you visit, use and interact with the service,
we may receive certain information about your visit, use or interactions. For example, we may

people that visit the service, peak hours of visits, which page(s) are visited, the domains our
visitors come from

services, cloud services and other information technology services providers, email communication
software and email
newsletter services, advertising and marketing services, financial service providers (including
payment card processors,
banks, and API services) customer relationship management and customer support services, and web

is under common control with Shelf. Our affiliates may use the personal information we share in a
manner consistent with
this Privacy Policy.
In order to comply with anti-money laundering laws that exist in various
jurisdictions we reserve the right to report
suspicious transactions to Central, State, provincial or local authorities and law enforcement
agencies within those
jurisdictions. In exchange for us permitting you to participate in, use and access our Platform
and/or Services, you
hereby grant us the right to report any transactions which we deem suspicious, as determined solely
by Shelf acting in
its sole discretion. Examples of a suspicious transaction include but are not limited to use of
funds suspected to be
derived from illegal activities, any suspected intention to conceal or disguise funds derived from
illegal activities,
or suspicion that the involvement of our Platform and/or Services is in any manner intended to
facilitate criminal
activity. If for any reason we are of the belief or become aware of any transaction which we deem
suspicious in nature,
we may without prior notice or explanation to you take the following actions, which are in addition
to all other rights
and remedies available to us under this Privacy Policy, at law or in equity:
1. Report such transaction to the applicable Central, State, provincial or local
authorities and law enforcement agencies
2. De-activate or terminate your Shelf account and Services forthwith
3. Restrict you from registering a Shelf account on our Platform or with any of
our affiliated Platforms/Business
associates.
1. We may contact you via the e-mail address and phone number registered with
your Shelf account. You may also receive
system-generated transactional e-mails such as confirmations, notification of receipt of payments,
notification of
password changes etc. which are necessary for the proper operation and administration of your Shelf
account. You
expressly consent to receive such communications from us, irrespective of whether your phone number
is registered on the
National Do-Not-Call Registry or Do-Not-Disturb Registry.
2. As a Shelf account holder, you will occasionally receive information by
e-mail from us, unless you have expressly chosen
not to receive such communication, about products, services and special deals which we think will be
of interest to you
via our newsletter. You can change whether or not you wish to receive newsletters from us. However
please note that you
will still receive communication regarding your Shelf account such as transactional e-mails or other
notifications
affecting the operation of your Shelf account or our legal relationship.
Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will keep your Information private and will
not share it with
third parties, unless we believe in good faith that disclosure of your Information or any other
information we collect
about you is necessary to:
